 | Pets must generally be declared when signing the contract and special permission is needed from the
landlord. |
 | Children's cots (made of wood or portable) are available in some flats. If available, they are generally included free of charge (unless otherwise specified in the

 | Double beds are usually 160 x 190 cm and have one mattress |
 | Single beds are usually 80 x 190 cm |

 | Regardless of the final cleaning, the guests are expected to leave the flat in
orderly condition, i.e. any damages occurring during your stay need to be reported, the flat is to be left broom clean, etc..
