Le Valli is located in the heart of Tuscany, inside the culture-laden triangle of Pisa, Florence and Siena. The grand set of buildings, which gives the impression of being a fortress out of a fairy tale, stands alone in a panoramic location in the middle of a peaceful, majestic landscape, offering a fantastic view of the Etruscan stronghold,
Volterra.

The residenza "Le Valli" was once a fattoria and is roughly 250 years old.

It has been classified as an outstanding historical monument, which surely is justified! The estate was restored in the 90's with great care and technical knowledge, maintaining the Tuscan style of building. The results are reflected in the 11 harmonious and individual apartment in various sizes, all furnished to meet high, modern standards and utmost comfort.

The complete grounds of the residenza are very well maintained and cover an area of 50,000 sq. m park, meadows, woods and lake, 3 old wells, a fitness trail, swimming pool, outdoor grill and pizza oven.

Children are cherished guests and will enjoy playing on a field near the house where they can play ball or volleyball. There are trails in the woods for walking and jogging.

"Le Valli" offers an in-house bar/café as well as a small shop where you can purchase wine from all over Italy, regional specialties and some essentials. A large breakfast buffet is offered, not only to those renting rooms, but also available on request to those who have apartments. A library, billiard room, table tennis are just some of the options available to spend your free time.

"Le Valli" is the perfect place to host group events such as Tuscan cooking classes, painting, wine workshops or similar activities.

The owners, a Swiss couple, live on the estate and personally see to it that their guests have everything they need.

They will gladly help you with advice and are there to assist you when necessary.

The next beach (Cecina di Mare) is only 40 km away – a drive of approx. 45 – 50 minutes. Long hikes with
impressive animal life and nature scenes beckon nature-lovers to come to the nearby natural preserve.

"Le Valli" is an ideal starting point for visits to nearby cultural sights such as Volterra, San Giminiano, Populonia, Massa Marittima, San Galgano and much more. The small village of Pomarance not only offers shopping of all kinds, but also has tennis courts, stables and the possibility of renting bicycles – for this area is a paradise for bikers and mountain bikers.

	all units have a separate entrance and loggia or terrace, the apartments on the ground floor also have a private garden section in addition (except for Apt. 10 and Room 12 – 16!)
	there are 2 apartments with support wheelchairs (Apt. 2 completely and Apt. 5 in part)
	cozy and stylish atmosphere in all apartments
	almost all rooms have very high ceilings and wooden ceiling beams, some even feature vaults
	there is comfortable furniture with sofas and armchairs in each apartment – also a TV with satellite reception and dining room table and chairs
	the kitchens are equipped with 4-flame cooker/stove with range hoods, oven (except for Apt. 8 + Apt. 10), refrigerators with freezer space, dish washers (only Apt. 1 + Apt. 3), complete sets of dishes and an assortment of kitchen tools
	the bathrooms are spacious and have showers (almost all of them in cubicles, some only with shower curtains)
	apartments 1 – 10 feature safes
	the rooms do not have central heating
	screened windows in the bedrooms (mosquito protection)
	there are 3 children's cots/cribs that can be rented at extra cost (see price list), high chairs can be ordered in advance
	weekly change of linen and sheets
