The apartment occupies the complete first floor. An outdoor stairway leads to a balcony (c. 10 m length,1.30 m broad - with small table for 4 persons, ideal for breakfast). From there you have a marvellous view.
From the balcony you can directly enter the living area, divided into a living- room with bed-couch (160 cm x 190 ), brick fire place and into the kitchen area equipped with wooden cabinets, a dining table and a satellite television. 

The small doorway separates the living area and the bedroom. The area is split up to a little corridor, one spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and bath tub, a smaller bedroom with two single beds and an additional bathroom with small shower cubicle.


A further large table is standing in the garden at the backside of the house, specially reserved for the guests of this apartment.

The apartment SOPRA has principally the same ground plan as the apartment SOTTO, only the living room is a bit smaller on the first floor because of the additional bathroom and also the fire place is missing.
