	the advance payment is 30 % of the rental fee, payable by transfer
	remaining fee is due on arrival in EURO cash to the landlord
	renting the complete estate there is already a deposit of 5 % included
	deposit : 100 Euro per unit due on arrival
	heating: wood for the fireplace: 100 kg - 10 EURO
	prices are including: costs for electricity, water and gas
	all linen, table clothes, sheets, towels and such are to be brought along with you
	linen can also be rented, price per linen 5 Euro per change and person
	(Italian) size of the beds: French-size / double bed: 160x190 cm / one mattress single-bed: 80x190 cm blanket is only covered by a sheet / one large sheet for double bed
	the apartments are normally rented on a weekly basis Arrival: Saturday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Departure: Saturday 10 a.m. latest !
