7% discount on rent for complete houses

(1)Costs for heating are accounted for separately if needed:

for TRAMONTANA and PONENTE EURO 35/week,

for MEZZOGIORNO EURO 50/week.

A deposit of 30 % is to be paid in case of booking.

The rest is to be paid to the owners at arrival in Euro and in cash

Security: 150 Euro deposit for each apartment, on arrival.

The extras include electricity, gas and water (all inclusive)

Bring along: all bed sheets, towels and tea towels, table cloths.

Bed sheets and towels can also be borrowed, for 5 EURO per person and
changing.

(Italian) size of the beds:

	French-size / double bed: 160 x190 cm
	one large sheet for double-bed
	single-bed: 80x190 cm
	blanket is only covered by a sheet

The apartments are normally rented on a weekly basis:

	Arrival: Saturday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
	Departure: Saturday 9 a.m. latest !
