"Podere Dorotea" is located in the plain of the Maremma, in the community of Roccastrada, in the province of Grosseto. Restored between 2000 and 2002 with much empathy for the holiday makers, the former farmhouse is situated peacefully and is surrounded by fields, olive groves and vineyards, and by hills with old villages. The owners, who care personally for the house and estate, have created an idyllically furnished  house with love and taste.
With numerous amenities inside and out, a special atmosphere has been created promising a restful and unforgettable stay. Apart from the pool in the flowering garden, there are many leisure possibilities to relax and tune out, not only for young guests!
The nearest shopping facilities are in Sticciano Scalo (approx. 5 km east) or Ribolla (approx. 8 km north west). The nearest sandy beach – Castiglione della Pescaia – is situated approx. 30 km south west. Further beautiful beaches nearby are Punta Ala, Principina a Mare and Marina di Alberese.
