the advance payment is 30 % of the rental fee, payable by transfer

remaining fee is due on arrival in EURO cash or by credit card

deposit due on arrival: 100 EURO

weekly change of the linen and towels

weekly cleaning of the apartment

(Italian) size of the beds:

	French-size / double bed: 160 x190 cm
	one large sheet for double bed
	single bed: 80x190 cm
	blanket is only covered by a sheet

the apartments are normally rented on a weekly basis:

	Arrival: Saturday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
	Departure: Saturday 11 a.m. latest
