"Scopaione"" with pool

"Scopaione" is a large, former farmhouse (built in 1907), which was completely restored with care from 1996-2000.
The main concern was to keep the original and traditional character and structure of the Tuscan style. The house is settled in a tranquil place on the Maremma plain, in the community of Roccastrada, province of Grosseto. 

"Scopaione" is the ideal holiday home for families with big and with small children. Quickly one has concluded in the extensive community garden acquaintance with other families. On the property the children can play undisturbed, en-joy themselves on the kick place or on the playground. 

The pool area is fenced and safer for small children.

The estate is surrounded by cultivated fields and olive trees, all over there are hills and ethnic villages.

There is the possibility for shopping (grocery) in Sticciano (ca. 4 km east) or Ribolla (8 km north-west) The next beach is - Castiglione della Pescaia, in a distance of approx. 28 km in the southwest.
