	Rent is per week and in EURO
	Extra bed costs 50 EURO
	The down payment when booking amounts to 30 % of the rental fee
	The rest of the payment is to be made upon arrival to the owner in euros (cash)
	Electricity is included in the rent, gas is calculated according to what you have used (meter reading)
	It is possible to get the apartment cleaned during your stay on request and at extra cost
	Deposit: 150 EURO per unit, to be paid to the owner on arrival.
	Use of the washer: 4 euros per load, detergent is supplied.
	Not included: all linens: sheets, towels and tea towels as well as tablecloths
	Sheet and towels can also be rented: 5.00 EURO per person and change Towels (shower towel, normal size and small towel) 3.00 EURO per person and change
	Italian bed sizes: Double beds: 160 x 190 cm a single mattress Twin beds: 80 x 190 cm Blankets are laid on top of a large sheet Double beds have larger blankets that cover the whole bed
	Arrival on Saturdays between 4 p.m. – 7 p.m., departure on Saturdays by 10 a.m.!
