Country estate – 4 holiday apartments or the complete house

Apt. 1 – TRAMONTANA (for 4 – 6 persons, approx. 65 sq. meters living space)

The apartment is located in the upper ground floor and has two levels. You need to climb a few stone stairs to get to the living room with kitchen, dining table, TV and cozy sofa (sleeps 2). From the hall, you enter the bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower cubicle.

Steps lead up to the attic level. The roof is not only extremely high, but also well isolated!

The small hall leads to the bedroom with two single beds (when needed, you can put them together to make a double bed) and the second bath with shower cubicle (no window, but it has an electric ventilation system!).

In front of the apartment you will find a cozy, private area with garden furniture, where you can sit under old trees and enjoy the quiet. You have a great view of the stylish main house from here.
